1. Exposition: A girl moves to a new town – the unknown - a secluded community.
Slow pace to start off with.
Development: She meets girls at school who befriend her; sees them in daylight,
where they act normal.
Complication: Goes round girls’ houses, does a ouija board which it affects her.
Fades to black, sees flashes. Fade to black she wakes up somewhere random,
asks them what happened and they say she drank too much or passed out(?)
Flashes to her being in the woods. She’s still confused and then goes to a ‘party’
with the girls in the woods where she feels she has been before.
Climax: *All are wearing white, wear masks* She gets drugged, wakes up in
woods, in white gown; She tries to get away, you see her slash someone (fast
paced editing); Ends on creepy voice of ‘you can’t get away’ or her heavy
breathing/shots of her trying to crawl away. She’s later picked up by police, but
realizes they’re in on it too and jumps out of the car.
Resolution: (Is not shown in the trailer) Runs home and tells her mum; they then
run away together.
Ideas:
• She’s 17, they can’t use her if she turns 18
• Characters: Female protagonist, Her mum (brief shot), x3 girls who are her
friends (fairly prominent in it), x4 boys?, Side-kick/someone to help her~old lady
• Old lady is really a 17 year old and is secretly working with the coven to use the
protagonist’s body as a host for her own soul
