The third group meeting discussed filming the video. They had tried filming before but schedules conflicted, so they proposed not requiring everyone to be present during filming. Instead, those absent during filming would be more involved in editing or evaluating the project. The group found this the easiest solution rather than continually delaying filming until everyone's schedules aligned.

Our second group meeting was held on October 22nd to check on the status of assigned tasks. Most members had completed their work, but the storyboard needed to be rewritten after the person working on it became ill, so another member took it over. The group ensured all work was shared, though the storyboard and shooting schedule were still missing since the schedule depends on the storyboard being finished first.

Our first group meeting took place on October 13th to discuss costumes, test footage, and location scouting (recce shots) for our upcoming project. We decided each actor would have a unique outfit but share a common accessory, and recognized scheduling test footage would be difficult given our varying availability, so agreed to clear our schedules to film the test footage and location shots together.

Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune Disease
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.

Initial ideas
- 1. Initial Ideas Idea 1: The Last Victim 2 killers are after someone. This person knows about it and is trying to get away. One of the killers is deceiving and has plans for the killer that is helping him. The second killer is in fact The Last Victim but that isn’t revealed until the end. Idea 2: Death by Dawn Friends inside there school messing around at night. One of there classmates wants revenge on someone that is part of the group of friends. The killer goes after them all, killing them off one by one, some die quickly and cleanly, others will going through a horrible death. People find the lying outside of the school in the morning. Idea 3:Insane The film features around a couple but one of them is getting turned insane by the other one torturing them mentally, that mental person blames themselves for everything but then turns on their partner. Idea 4: After Them A girl gets tortured by a group of people. They think she has gone mad so they let her go, she commits suicide but they don’t know and go looking for her, she comes back as a ghost to haunt them, though they think that she is real, not a ghost. Have a voice over throughout the clip, have many transitions making the clip fragmented.
