The origin of our Gourmet Olive Oils depends on both the flavor and
the time of year that the product is picked and pressed. This enables
us to ensure that all of our products are on the shelves and sold at the
maximum amount of freshness year round.
Our Gourmet Aged Balsamic Vinegars are all naturally aged 18 years
before being infused and bottled. To ensure the highest degree of
quality, none of our products contain sulfites, which alter and speed up
the "aging" process. We offer only True Aged Balsamic Vinegars from
Modena, Italy.
