LEMON OIL: Eureka
lemons are crushed with late
harvest mission olives and

de Provence mixture to finish

DIPPER: Utilizing 70%
olive oil and 30% balsamic
vinegar with herbs & chili
peppers, makes for a great
bread dipper and marinade
for vegetables.
KETTLE ROASTED
GARLIC OIL: For the garlic

garlic oil adds flavor and
aroma to any dish. No kitchen

BLACKBERRY GINGER BALSAMIC:
A four-year-old balsamic vinegar,
fabulous with fruits and various

BARREL AGED BALSAMIC
18 YEAR: Aged up to 18 years in
wooden casks, this vinegar is the
most famous in the culinary world.
Splash over crisp field greens, steamed
asparagus or stir fry fresh vegetables
for zero fat dishes.
APPLE POMEGRANATE
BALSAMIC: A delightfully tangy
blend of apple juice, apple Cider
vinegar and aged balsamic. Great on a
spinach salad or as a reduction sauce
with apples on pork or chicken.
PEAR RASPBERRY CHAMPAGNE:
A delicate fruit coupled with a favorite
berry, mixed in a fine champagne vinegar base to produce
a lovely dressing for fruits and salads.
FIG AND DATE BALSAMIC: 8-year-old balsamic
vinegar with date pieces, fig seeds and juice. Marinate
meats with it. Drizzle over berries or ice cream. Great on
salads with pears and cheeses.

in different areas of the state, we have been able
