• Better define and understand various Environments
• Have a better understanding of how to create Extreme and System Users
• Review Delivered Security Roles – Ask why they are not able to be used
“as is.”
• Historical Data – Begin Clean up Process EARLY / Create naming
conventions
• Resources need to be defined in GHR. Make sure this is defined.
• Current number of Resources needed to implement – Meaning, do they
still have to do their current job?
• Review and Update current scripts/processes – EARLY
• Review any additional 3rd party needs early on – IE. Handhelds / EDI /
bank needs
• Keep end users in mind – training/automation
