The advantage of implementation of early childhood education is the children will have bright in their future. This means a child at the ages before 5 that get proper childhood education will be more successful than a child that do not get proper childhood education. According to High/Scope Perry Preschool Study (2015), the study involved 123 African-American children which from low income family and the data collected from age 3 to 40 for 5 times. At the age of 40, the study, in figure 1, shows that 19% dropped in committed crimes for preschool program group and rise in 20% for higher earnings (pg 1 & 2). The additional data, in figure 2, shows that there is 93% return from the public compare to only 7% of total costs for the program (pg 4). On top of that, children at age of 3 are easy to be taught rather than adolescent and adulthood. According to Schiller (2010) as stated in Hay (2015) that the brain of a child at age of 3 is 2.5 times more active than an adult (pgs 141). To sum up, a child that get early childhood education will give high public return and more civilize.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to analyse the relationships between the
Pokémon’s provided in the data set and how does it relate to users game play
experience. Pokémon is a game that is played by many generations. From the
ancient days of Pokémon cards to the Nintendo versions of Pokémon Emerald to
most recently, Pokémon Go. The Pokémon Go phenomenon has been played by
users across the world. Our research is to analyse how each and every
Pokémon’s affect users gameplay experience and which Pokémon would be
most relevant for each and every experience. We hope to allow users to analyse

The objective of the graph and table is to represents the
types of Pokémon and the amount of Pokémons belonging to
the types of Pokémons, based on the data of 800 Pokémons
provided. There are 18 types of Pokémons can be analysed
from the data provided. Water type Pokémons tend to
dominate the data with 14% of Pokémons belonging to water
type followed by normal with 12.25% and grass with 8.75%.
A personal favorite of Pokémon gamers would be Charmander, which according to
analysis which is selected by 39.9% of users followed by Squirtle with 32.5 and lastly
Bulbasaur with 28.5%
In conclusion, trainers should select the Pokemons that they see fit for each and
every scenario of the game. As an example, to counter water Pokemons, users should use
grass Pokemons as a counter.

The objectiveofthe graphand table above isto represent the relationship between
generation, average specialattack, average speed and average defence. Generally, we can
observe that generation 4 has the highest special attack with generation 2 has the lowest.
This could be due to the Pokémons having different types and difference HP’s that
causes the difference.

The average speed of generation 1 Pokémons would be highest with generation 2
being the lowest. This could be due to generation 2 Pokémons not being the fastest as a
category but manages to topple generation 1 Pokémons in terms of average defences.
In conclusion, the trainers should choose Pokémon in Generation 1 as the smallest
variance in terms of total special attack, total speed, and total defence.

The objective of the graph and table is to
represent the type of Pokémon and its HP
range. Looking at the graph, majority of the HP range of Pokémons are at 51-100
with a total of 522. However, Water has the most number of Pokémons with a
total of 112 compared to Flying which has only 4 Pokémons in total.
According to the graph, the highest number of Pokémons at the
range of 0-50 is Water because it has 28 number of Pokémons compared to
Flying which has only 1 Pokémon. The highest number of Pokémon within the
range of 51-100 is Water with the total of 75 Pokémons while Flying has the
smallest number of Pokémon because it only has the total of 3. The HP range of
101-150, Normal has the highest number of Pokémon with 12 Pokémons
compared to Steel, Flying, Electric and Bug which has no Pokémon with that
amount of HP. However, most of the Pokémons does not have the HP of more
than 150 except for Normal which has a total of 3 Pokémons, Psychic with only 1
Pokémon and Water with 2 Pokémons.
As a conclusion, trainers should select Normal Pokemon, Psychic
Pokemon and Water Pokémon because it has the highest HP range more than
151. This is because the higher the HP range, the longer time it takes to take
down the Pokemon.

based on range of attack is between 51 -100 which is 460 Pokémon and Water has the
most of Pokémon with a sum of 112 compare to Flying has 4 Pokémon in total.
In range attack between 0 -50, Water has 31 Pokémon and it is the highest
recorded as the highest number of Pokémon compare to Dark, Steel and Flying have

the highest attackwould be Mewtwo followed byHeracrossand Groudon. Mewtwo isone
of the hardest Pokemons to catch and to catch it users need to travel far away and catch
a minimum of 60 Pokemons. When encountering Mewtwo, users would only have one
chance to catch Mewtwo or they would their chance.
In conclusion, many trainers would favor using Mewtwo but catching it may be a
trouble, so trainers should focus on Pokémon’s like Heracross and Groudon instead.

The objective of the graph above is to show the relationship between the type of
Generation, mean of total strength, maximum of strength of Pokemon and number of
legendary. The objective of this graph is to determine whether the number of legendary
will affect the mean and maximum of strength of Pokemons. From the chart, we can
observe that generation3has the highest numberof legendarywhichis 18 and it also has
the highest total strength which is 780 same as generation 1. On the other hand,
generation 2 has the lowest number of legendary which is 5 and it also has the lowest
total strength which is 680.
The mean of total strength has no significantly variance from Generation 1 to
Generation 6. At this case the highest mean of total strength recorded as 459.0165 under
Generation4and the lowest meanoftotalstrengthrecordedas418.283underGeneration
2. For this reason, this proves that the graph has variance between the highest and the
lowest is 40.7335.
In conclusion, the number of legendarydoes not affect the maximum and mean of
totalstrengthineachgeneration. It isbecause the line graphwhichrepresentsthe number
of legendaryisfluctuating while the columnand line graphwhich represent the meanand
maximum of total strength maintained at certain level and it reflects to the number of
legendary. Trainers should choose Pokémon in generation 3 as it has the highest number
