The purpose of the role:
To manage the operationsacrossstudies. Workdirectlywith Operations Directoranddevelopskillsin:
samplingplan,assignedquotasinthe sample,projectManagement andclientservicing andworkwith
agenciesandpartnersto findthe desiredrespondent.
Responsibilities:
 Execute comprehensivesamplingplans
 MonitoringdailyFWmovement&cost
 Gettingpartnerswhere needed
 Provide progressupdatesdailytoclients
 Troubleshootissuesandcontactthe necessarypartiesina timelymanner
 Supportsalesstaff,programmingteam, andvendorswithneedsof the project
 Performadministrative taskstosupportprojectandclientservicesactivities
The knowledge andskillsneededforsuccess
 IdeallyfreshUniversity graduate or1-2 yearsinreplatedfield
 Understandbasicsof Marketingand consumerresearch
 Basicsof researchlike Sampling,quotasandprojectmanagement.
 HighproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice packages,goodExcel skill
 Understandandmanage the samplingplan of clientandfindthose respondentsonourpanel.
 Good English
 Good verbal & writtencommunicationskills
Start date:
 October/ November2021
Renumeration
 12,000,000 VNDGross
Contract term:
 3-monthprobation – 3 yearscontract
Workinghours:
 44 hours perweek
