The purpose of the role:
To manage the operationsacrossstudies. Workdirectlywith Operations Directoranddevelopskillsin:
samplingplan,assignedquotasinthe sample,projectManagement andclientservicing andworkwith
agenciesandpartnersto findthe desiredrespondent.
Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensivesamplingplans
MonitoringdailyFWmovement&cost
Gettingpartnerswhere needed
Provide progressupdatesdailytoclients
Troubleshootissuesandcontactthe necessarypartiesina timelymanner
Supportsalesstaff,programmingteam, andvendorswithneedsof the project
Performadministrative taskstosupportprojectandclientservicesactivities
The knowledge andskillsneededforsuccess
IdeallyfreshUniversity graduate or1-2 yearsinreplatedfield
Understandbasicsof Marketingand consumerresearch
Basicsof researchlike Sampling,quotasandprojectmanagement.
HighproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice packages,goodExcel skill
Understandandmanage the samplingplan of clientandfindthose respondentsonourpanel.
Good English
Good verbal & writtencommunicationskills
