Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) serve as vibrant hubs for college and
university students enthusiastic about exploring Google developer technologies.
Open to undergraduates and graduates alike, GDSC invites all students with a
passion for development to join.
These clubs offer an enriching platform for peer-to-peer learning, allowing students
to expand their knowledge collaboratively.

GDSC-GEC LEAD
Served as the PR officer for CURSOR (22-
23), speaker for the session "Demystifying
Machine Learning", Cleared the
TensorFlow Certification by Google.

7. Nitesh Naik
FACULTY ADVISOR
Currently working as an assistant professor, I have
completed my B.tech at GEC, M. tech at NIT Surathkal, and
now submitted, my PhD thesis on the topic “Change
Detection for Geo-Spacial data using Deep Learning in Earth
and Environmental Remote Sensing” in the area of Deep
Learning, at NIT Surathkal.
A professional member of IEEE and ACM, I have helmed
several workshops and seminars at GEC.
He also stands as a Staff Advisor for the student organization
of the Computer Department called Cursor. He has also
organized several hackathons and UI/UX Workshops.

9. Atmanand Gauns
CLOUD LEAD
I am an ETC student from Goa College of
Engineering, currently in the final year of
my BE. I held the position of Webmaster in
the ETC Students council, ASSETS.
Additionally, I took on the role of Event
Head in the previous council of GEC
Coders Club.

10. Akash C Sanjeev
ANDROID LEAD
Hey!
A proud Winner Goa Police Hackathon,
and secured the second runners-up title
in National level Hackathon organised by
A4 Technologies.
I am now, currently working as a software
developer intern at Visteon

11. Abdul Baasit Shaikh
BLOCKCHAIN LEAD
I am an IT student from Goa College of
Engineering, currently in the final year of
my BE.
