Industrial Engineering Works (IEW)
Consulting - Business Profile
The company was established in 2015 by an Industrial Engineer who have been involved in Industrial
Engineering related type of work for over 13 years within Service and Manufacturing Industries, with
massive experience in Process Analysis/ Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project
Management, and Training.
IEW is founded on the philosophy of keeping things simple and practical as opposed to nice theories
which never produce results. It is for this reason that we believe every organization to have its
unique problems/challenges that require unique approach to solution. This is predominantly due to
organizational culture, company objectives, skill levels, etc. It is for this reason that IEW will always
work with its clients to deliver a simple and practical solution.
IEW specialises primarily on Process Modelling and Measurements, and secondarily on Continuous
Improvement projects and Training.
We believe processes and procedures are the critical artefacts of the organization only when
modelled/documented properly. Hence this exercise should be done by the qualified professional so
that it can be easily consumed by different stakeholders for different purposes such as Training,
Reference, Audit, Analysis, and ultimately Continuous Improvement and Process Re-engineering;
and that is what IEW is all about
Vision
To partner with companies/organizations to help them achieve their goals through Industrial
Engineering techniques
Mission
Supply Process Analysis Services using well-seasoned Process Analysts to ensure quality outputs (i.e.
usable process artefacts)
Apply Deming PDCA Cycle to fulfil our vision:
