5. Can I keep one person permanently at site
for demonstration and interaction?
Surely IMM will provide one table space in
office area for your person to manage

6. Can we appoint local technical person for
demo of our product?
We will put you in touch with placement
agencies who can identify a suitable
persons who can demonstrate the machine
as per your guidelines / training at nominal
cost.
35. 7. What about security of my machine?
Your machine like in trade exhibition will be in
your own booth, protected by round the clock
security staff . Your booth will be visited only
by your authorized persons / visitors. You may
also insure the machine from local insurance
companies.
8. What about my competitors at IMM.
As a policy once you have booked the place,
your direct competitors will not be
offered space in the same premises. {You may
give the list of your competitors}
9. Who would take care for our customer’s
hospitality needs?
Our staff will be available to well come, guide
on travel, lodging and boarding needs, local
assistance etc.
10. What about logistic/custom clearance etc?
We will recommend Logistic agency, which can
take care of custom clearance, transport to
IMM, placement in your stall etc., at nominal
cost.

IMM is strategically located at Nashik city.

and GINGER (the TATA group hotel) are at

facilities at your booth to connect with you
prospect for satisfying their queries during

14. What are the timings for customer visit?
Customer can visit all days between 10 a.m.
to 6.p.m. except weekly off and public
holidays. On prior request, odd time visits
can also be managed if necessary.

after Sales service support?
We can recommend you to specific marketing
& service support agency for tie-up. For
promotion, IMM will also display link of its
customer on its portal. We will also
participate, advertize in few Trade shows in
India. We would also conduct regular
Conferences & Seminar for Capital goods &
Innovation in consultation with our
customers. Moreover, IMM team has long
experience in machinery marketing to assist
you on Strategy, Marketing and Sales support
in India.
16. What if I want to sell the machine from IMM
to any customer?
You can surely do it after clearing all custom
formalities and taxes.
17. What about if we want to exit and ship back
the machine?
After six months you can choose to exit &
ship back goods to your company. Our
authorized Logistic agency can assist you in
shipping back or for local selling/shifting.
38. 18. What if we want to continue after One Year?
You need to renew your yearly contract, at
least one month in advance, subject to
availability.
19. What if I need some extra space to store my
material for trials, spares etc.
We can offer you extra space subject to
availability at nominal extra cost.
