FEEL…
 We felt disappointment on environment. So we clean and plant saplings in our school
campus and our village.
 The school and village surroundings were not kept clean on a regular basis.
 The need of cleanliness of village and to inculcate good manners among children that
can protect the environment of the village.

2. IMAGINE…
 We planned to create awareness among community.
 We discussed fund raising ideas with our mentor teacher. Many ideas came out.
 We imagined a clean, healthy and environment friendly village.
 The teachers put forth the problem on debate.
DO…
 We organized the rally for awareness in the village.
 We planned to create awareness among people by visiting door to door.
 We cleaned the pathway of the school and surrounding of the village.
 We visited to nearby Madurai Agricultural College to attend a national seminar and
discussed the problem with Tamil Nadu Forest Academy Director Mr. Balaji, I.F.S.
 We put street play to create awareness.
 T-shirt uniform is given to our team members.
 Madurai District Elementary Educational Officer Mrs. Subashini participated in
environment awareness meeting and planted tree saplings in our school campus.
 Madurai District Eco Club coordinator Mr. Muniyandi planted a tree sapling in our
school campus.
 We drew a rangoli in our village.
