This document summarizes a design for giving project conducted by students at the Govt. Primary School-Keshavagiri. Five students from class 5 participated in the project to raise awareness about water conservation in their local community. The students were divided into two groups, created slogans on charts about the importance of water, and went door-to-door in the surrounding area to explain the value of water and how to protect it. The children actively participated and shared what they learned with their teachers, classmates, and parents.

Brief Description
FEEL
Water is one of the most important natural resource. Commonly we get the water from Hand
pumps, wells and Rivers. Water is very daily actives like washing cloths, cooking food, bathing and
also we are using in industrials to cleaning the Machines. We are product the electricity by the
water. So they are decided to give the awareness on usage of water.
IMAGINE
The children are decided to give awareness on usage of water to their surrounding area of the
school and the people who don’t know the value of the water.
DO
The children are ivied into two groups. They take paper charts and wrote different type of
slogans on the charts. They went to the surrounding area and explain the people that what is the
importance of water? And also explain how to protect the water.
SHARING
The children participated in this activity very actively. They share their ideas with their mentor
and Teachers. They are also explained their field experience with their classmates and parents.
