This document summarizes a program at the Govt. Primary School Allapur in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India to reduce dropout rates and child labor. Through the "Joy of Giving" program, students and teachers surveyed the local area to identify and enroll dropped out children back into school. As a result, two children working in shops were enrolled in school. The program was successful in bringing back dropout and child labor students, giving a sense of joy to the students and staff.

Brief Description
“Come Back to school”
The Programme “ Joy of giving was enforced in the school for the last one month the students of
GPS Allapur school with the help of staff members survey the hole Allapur locality for enrolling the
drop out children. The parents were made aware regarding the importance of education in the
child’s life.

As the result of effort of teachers and student’s one of the child labor working at the cloth show
room was enrolled in the school and another child labor working at electronic shop was enrolled
back to school. And we met with one parent about his child; he told that he has five daughters. He
and his son is working for them if they cannot their no food for that day.

Hence the programme of Joy of giving successfully implemented in the school. This help of
programme of Design for change back the drop out and child labor was enrolled back, into the
school. There was sense of joy in the students and staff of GPS Allapur.
