Definition of Non-Active Users: • Users who have chosen to ‘deactivate’ their profile – Inactive Users • Users who have not logged for 12 months or more – Idle Users Curriculum Management and eLearning Department Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education Ministry for Education and Employment
