A goal is a goal only when there is an
EMOTIONAL COMMITMENT to it.

A goal needs to be RATIONAL
inrelation to your abilities, capacity, capabilities,
potential, strengths and considered weaknesses.
Always take the difficulties into consideration.
Good goals are always stretched (like a rubber
band).

Measurable: The goals stated should be measurable
in concrete terms.
Achievable: Goals should talk of objectives that are
achievable.
Relevant: A goal should be relevant to the goal
setter.
