  EMOTIONAL COMMITMENT to it.

 A goal needs to be RATIONAL
     inrelation to your abilities, capacity, capabilities,
      potential, strengths and considered weaknesses.
 Always take the difficulties into consideration.
 Good goals are always stretched (like a rubber
  band).
