3. iLead 2014 this month, is the second times AIESEC UB use iLead as the
brand of Local Leadership Conference. What makes different with the first is
we bring new concept of iLead that is Integrated Local Election And
Development Conference. Yeah its true, we have Election for next term LCP
in this conference.
This organization is all about LEADERSHIP and it means that all
members deserve a time to reflect, to build and to unleash its
potential to lead! In 2014, iLEAD is taking theme "Unleash Your
Potential, Take the Lead" within the conference spirit "Let's
build to the last!". The theme has meaning and objective that
this conference is the place for full members to find who they
really are and start to find out what kind of role after this that
proper for them for taking higher role. It will be supported by the
spirit of how for current members to create last best moment
and contribution for LC and how new member to learn fast and
collaborate more for the sake of best history in 2013-2014 and
as well strong foundation for 2014-2015.
