This document summarizes a research study that analyzed factors affecting the performance of supply chain management in the bag manufacturing industry in KebonLega, Indonesia. The study found that two of the four independent variables examined - information sharing and trust - had significant positive impacts on supply chain performance. Meanwhile, long-term relationships had an insignificant impact and process integration had a negative insignificant impact. The results indicate that strengthening information sharing and trust-building could help improve supply chain management and competitiveness for bag businesses in KebonLega facing challenges from regional trade integration.
