Paul Robinson has been awarded the 1906 Award by the International Electrotechnical Commission for his exceptional technical contribution to the development of IEC standards. As the leader of the HBSDT Radiation Team, he helped the IEC Technical Committee 108 reach consensus on radiation hazard assessment methodology used in IEC 62368 standards. Through his experience and knowledge, he also assisted the committee in establishing technical requirements for IEC 60950-1 and IEC 62368. The 1906 Award recognizes Robinson's major input in furthering electrotechnical standardization.
