How to pay your Bansko Municipalit Tax online

FIND OUT HOW MUCH YOU OWE .
1) Log onto the Bansko Municipality Tax Checking site here:
http://90.154.240.140/imeon_web/frmMain.aspx (Using Google Chrome will auto translate)
2) Click on “e-file” and enter your Bulstat number in the box and press “input”
3) The “Obligation” button should be highlighted so press “Relaod”
4) Make a note of the amount of your Waste and Real Estate Fees and also your “Lot/RegNumber” In my case, the
same as Bulstat followed by 0001.
5) You will need to complete this process for each owner of the property
MAKE THE PAYMENT .
I am assuming you are already registered with epay.bg. If not, you will need to register and link a debit or credit card.
This will take a few days and require you confirm information from a transaction that they will make on your bank
statement
1) Log onto https://www.epay.bg/ and sign in.
2) Click on “Transfers”
3) Click on “Pay your Bulgarian “Real Estate Tax and Waste Charge”
4) Select “Enter New Payment”
5) Complete the payment details as follows, and repeat for each owner
