- No degree required to get a job.
- Employees as teachers at schools.
- Increase internships.
- Integration of companies in schools.
- Integration of schools in companies and government.
- Required employees´ skills offered at school.
- On-line courses offered by school.
- Global Universities for specific employers.
- Hire from 5 years old & educate then.
- Needed skills implanted
directly in student´s brain.
- No hire students from schools.

organizations. - Build multidisciplinary teams, students – employers.
- Employers as tutors of talented

employees as case studies at
school.
- Students directly as employers.
- Every single
graduate tutored by a
employee at the new
organization.
- Agreements between
schools and employers to
make easier transition.
- Decrease expectations of the new hire
graduates to low pressure. - Employers as headhunters hosted by schools.

- Position opens when talented
students are detected.
- Change education models.
- Incorporate leading-edge
technologies from external
organizations in the schools.
•Educate teachers at
external organizations.
- Entrepreneurship as part of
education for students in all
levels.
- Majors, Masters and PhD
degrees also obtained from
companies and recognized
by schools.
- Universal education
beyond county, race,
culture, religion,
economy.

Selection of Ideas
The most practical:
- Incorporate activities at school according real needs
of external organizations (employers).
The most disruptive:
- Needed skills implanted directly in student´s brain;
and then in a short period of time get an expert with
real training.

My favorite (s):
- Work together (employers, government, society,
and schools) to change the curriculum of the
students according needs not just employers, but
also government, social demands and main word
trends.
- Majors, Masters and PhD degrees also obtained
from companies and recognized by schools. In this
case the core business of companies is not
education per se.
