2. The most practical idea
Carrer Advisor: Every course we will have a psychologist specialized in career
consulting to help students with their professional issues. All the students
can make an appointment with the professional any time during the class
period. The students are also obliged, as part of the college assignments, to
have a major consult with the advisor every semester to discuss their career
plans, problems and areas that they have interest in working.
The most disruptive idea
Professional Godfather: Every semester each class will have a professional
godfather that will keep in contact with students, doing extra class activities
like a day in the work office, discussing job routine and collaborating on a
special class final project. The godfather will always be a well known
professional of a specific working area related to the course. Each semester
the students will be able to be in contact with different professionals of
different ares, developing networking and being in touch with different
working areas. The students can be in touch with the professional on a
private online channel and live in learning experiences (all of them being
hold outside college space, in collaborative creative places).

3. My favorite idea
Careerpedia: An online crowdsourcing encyclopedia for students that want
to learn more abour specific careers and areas.
•In the Careerpedia the user will be able to know about job routine,
workplaces/companies by area, list of avarage salaries by position and area.
•They will be able to contribute uploading more info about the career,
posting videos, pictures, datas and news.
•The user will be able to chat and share information with logged users.
•Professionals will be invited to share info about how are their companies
working model.
•All the content and the info exposed will be moderated by college teachers
assisted by a group of students who will be responsible for the project
management.
