                            Ferrari World Abu Dhabi looked to IDC for the implementation of Microsoft Office

                            integrate Wireless SIP Telephones from Polycom using NET SmartSIP technology to
                            register the devices with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and
                            provide integrated presence.
                            Specialized Call Recording and Call Billing solutions were also implemented in Ferrari
                            World in order to ensure that they are able to meet their compliance and financial
                            KPIs in a measurable format.

                            infrastructure. During the time we have worked with IRENA we have been a key supporter,
                            partner and influencer in the IRENA IT Road Map, driving such initiatives as the Migration of
                            OCS 2007 R2 to Lync Server 2010, Exchange 2007 SP2 to Exchange 2010 and
                            implementation of Active Directory Rights Management Services.
                            IDC continues to serve the IRENA user base, both locally and internationally, under a single

                            Solution to them.

                            In partnership, and as a co-investor, with Microsoft IDC were instrumental in the Design,
                            Deployment and Migration of the Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 infrastructure at Masdar to
                            Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP1 in a highly-available configuration and encompassing a
                            remote disaster recovery site.
                            Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 R2 was also delivered as a part of the project
                            with integration into the existing Cisco Call Manager IP Telephony infrastructure that existed
                            to facilitate Enterprise Voice functionality.
                            IDC continues to work with Masdar on their value added initiatives.

                            Ministry of Health have selected Microsoft Lync Server 2010 as their primary communications
                            tool across the entire UAE. Servicing their 4,000+ users, Microsoft Lync Server 2010 is the
                            core IP Telephony Solution deployed in their environment.
                            IDC provided their services to Ministry of Health, working closely together to come up with
                            the correct infrastructure design and sizing as well as hardware selection to meet the diverse
                            requirements of such a distributed organization. Today MOH users are able to work from any
                            internet enabled location should they have their corporate computer with full IP Telephony
                            and corporate address book functionality and no need for any VPN solution.

                            IDC have worked extensively with the IT and Business Teams at Yahsat to define, design
                            and build an enterprise class IT Infrastructure based on the next generation of technologies
                            to be able to take the business into the next phase of operations.
                            Encompassing technologies such as Active Directory 2008 R2 SP1, Microsoft Hyper-V,
                            Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Microsoft Lync 2010, SharePoint Portal Server 2010, NET
                            UX Media Gateways, NET SmartSIP, Forefront Identity Manager 2010 and more, the entire
                            project was designed, deployed and migrated by IDC without any disruption to production
                            services whatsoever. Moreover, Yahsat now have a fully integrated and flexible
                            communications infrastructure allowing them to use either Microsoft Lync 2010 or Cisco Call
                            Manager and even register the existing Cisco Telephones with their Lync Server
                            Infrastructure.
                            A custom Microsoft Lync Application has also been developed for the Yahsat Satellite
                            Operations Center that is aimed at supporting their operational communications
                            requirements.

Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority

                            Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority have selected Microsoft Lync Server 2010 as their
                            internal and external corporate Unified Communications Platform. The Lync Infrastructure
                            was deployed and integrated with their existing Cisco IP Telephony Solution and offers their
                            organization the flexibility of deploying Cisco Phones with Lync Clients, Lync Phones with
                            Lync Clients or even just Lync Clients as Soft Phones while allowing their roaming users
                            seamless external access to the corporate telephony, audio and video conferencing and
                            enterprise instant messaging & presence services without the requirement to establish a vpn.
                            IDC worked with the ADWEA IT Team to scope, design and deploy the Microsoft Lync
                            Infrastructure for their organization as well as the integration with the Cisco Call Manager.
                            ADWEA currently has over 4,000 users distributed across Abu Dhabi and the Western
                            Region of the UAE.

                            IDC assisted Abu Dhabi Police in the deployment and successful piloting of Microsoft Office
                            Communications Server 2007 R2 with integration into their existing Nortel TDM PABX
                            Solution using NET/Quintum Media Gateways. On completion of the Pilot, IDC worked with
                            Abu Dhabi Police to design and deploy a completely secure end-to-end Unified
                            Communications Solution based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and then migrate the exiting
                            OCS Pilot to the Lync infrastructure without any downtime.

                            IDC have worked extensively with Dubai Police State Security Department, assisting them to
                            simplify and unify their corporate collaboration and communication tools through the
                            deployment of Microsoft Lync Server 2010. The project has been handled in 2 phases with
                            the first phase consisting of the deployment of a highly-available & secure Microsoft Lync
                            Server infrastructure on the internal network to provide Enterprise Instant Messaging,
                            Presence, PC-to-PC Audio and Video Calls, PC-to-PC Audio and Video Conferencing and
                            more.
                            The second phase of the project will be undertaken once the State Security Department
                            Cisco Systems upgrade has been completed and will introduce the PSTN Dial-In / Dial-Out
                            functionality to their end-users.

                            electricity and gas.

                            We’ve migrated their Exchange 2003 infrastructure on premise to the MS cloud
                            BPOS now we’re migrating to O365.

                            Leroy Merlin is a leader in home improvement projects. Associated Groupe Adeo,
                            the first French player in the international market of crafts and DIY, ranking second
                            in Europe and fourth largest in the world.

                            We’ve migrated their SUN mail infrastructure on premise to MS Cloud O365
                            federated with MS Active Directory and make it available to the users through a
                            company portal.

                            Natuzzi Group was founded in 1959. It designs, produces and markets sofas,
                            armchairs and living room accessories. Natuzzi is the largest Italian furniture
                            company located in High Point (North Carolina – USA) and through local Natuzzi
                            subsidiaries in China, Belgium, Spain, UK, Japan, Brazil, India, Russia, Germany
                            and Switzerland.

                            We’ve built their actual mail infrastructure with a coexisting Exchange 2010 / O365
                            scenario federated with MS Active directory.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates http://www.ccf.org Resonsible for the initial IT Infrastructure Architecture and Build for CCAD, IDC have designed, deployed, managed and maintained the entire Microsoft Solution Stack for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi since they started operating in late 2009. IDC also provided Integration services with the existing Alcatel PABX infrastructure and E1 PRI lines using NET UX-2000 Media Gateways in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai Datacenters providing localized number services and ensuring end-to-end security was maintained through encryption of ALL communications information. Al Habtoor Leighton Group Dubai United Arab Emirates http://www.hlg.ae Al Habtoor Leighton Group looked to IDC to provide Email Security, Business Continuity and granular policy control services to their distributed Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure using the Mimecast Unified Email Management Solution for their 3,000+ strong user base. Aldar Properties PJSC Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates http://www.aldar.com Aldar Properties made the decision to replace their multiple vendor telephony solutions, including Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Panasonic and others, across their multiple locations with a centralized Microsoft Unified Communications infrastructure. State Audit Bureau Doha Qatar http://www.abq.gov.qa IDC provided our services to the State Audit Bureau, Qatar, for the design, implementation and integration of NET VX and Quintum Tenor media gateways with their existing Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Infrastructure, enabling it for Enterprise Voice and preparing the infrastructure to replace the TDM telephony solution they had in place with Software Driven IP Telephony. In addition, IDC were awarded the escalated support services for the entire unified communications infrastructure in ABQ. IRENA Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates http://www.irena.org Having worked on the initial Design & Deployment of the IRENA Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Enterprise Voice infrastructure, IDC were awarded the IT Operations Contract to support, manage and operate the IRENA Microsoft Back-Office infrastructure. During the time we have worked with IRENA we have been a key supporter, partner and influencer in the IRENA IT Road Map, driving such initiatives as the Migration of OCS 2007 R2 to Lync Server 2010, Exchange 2007 SP2 to Exchange 2010 and implementation of Active Directory Rights Management Services. Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 R2 was also delivered as a part of the project with integration into the existing Cisco Call Manager IP Telephony infrastructure that existed to facilitate Enterprise Voice functionality. IDC continues to work with Masdar on their value added initiatives. Ministry of Health Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Ministry of Health have selected Microsoft Lync Server 2010 as their primary communications tool across the entire UAE. Servicing their 4,000+ users, Microsoft Lync Server 2010 is the core IP Telephony Solution deployed in their environment. IDC provided their services to Ministry of Health, working closely together to come up with the correct infrastructure design and sizing as well as hardware selection to meet the diverse requirements of such a distributed organization. Today MOH users are able to work from any internet enabled location should they have their corporate computer with full IP Telephony and corporate address book functionality and no need for any VPN solution. Al Yah Satellite and Communications PJSC Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates IDC have worked extensively with the IT and Business Teams at Yahsat to define, design and build an enterprise class IT Infrastructure based on the next generation of technologies to be able to take the business into the next phase of operations. Encompassing technologies such as Active Directory 2008 R2 SP1, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Microsoft Lync 2010, SharePoint Portal Server 2010, NET UX Media Gateways, NET SmartSIP, Forefront Identity Manager 2010 and more, the entire project was designed, deployed and migrated by IDC without any disruption to production services whatsoever. Moreover, Yahsat now have a fully integrated and flexible communications infrastructure allowing them to use either Microsoft Lync 2010 or Cisco Call Manager and even register the existing Cisco Telephones with their Lync Server Infrastructure. Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority Abu Dhabi, UAE Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority have selected Microsoft Lync Server 2010 as their internal and external corporate Unified Communications Platform. The Lync Infrastructure was deployed and integrated with their existing Cisco IP Telephony Solution and offers their organization the flexibility of deploying Cisco Phones with Lync Clients, Lync Phones with Lync Clients or even just Lync Clients as Soft Phones while allowing their roaming users seamless external access to the corporate telephony, audio and video conferencing and enterprise instant messaging & presence services without the requirement to establish a vpn. IDC worked with the ADWEA IT Team to scope, design and deploy the Microsoft Lync Infrastructure for their organization as well as the integration with the Cisco Call Manager. ADWEA currently has over 4,000 users distributed across Abu Dhabi and the Western Region of the UAE. Abu Dhabi Police Abu Dhabi, UAE IDC assisted Abu Dhabi Police in the deployment and successful piloting of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 with integration into their existing Nortel TDM PABX Solution using NET/Quintum Media Gateways. On completion of the Pilot, IDC worked with Abu Dhabi Police to design and deploy a completely secure end-to-end Unified Communications Solution based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and then migrate the exiting OCS Pilot to the Lync infrastructure without any downtime. Dubai Police Dubai, UAE IDC have worked extensively with Dubai Police State Security Department, assisting them to simplify and unify their corporate collaboration and communication tools through the deployment of Microsoft Lync Server 2010. The project has been handled in 2 phases with the first phase consisting of the deployment of a highly-available & secure Microsoft Lync Server infrastructure on the internal network to provide Enterprise Instant Messaging, Presence, PC-to-PC Audio and Video Calls, PC-to-PC Audio and Video Conferencing and more. The second phase of the project will be undertaken once the State Security Department Cisco Systems upgrade has been completed and will introduce the PSTN Dial-In / Dial-Out functionality to their end-users. We’ve migrated their SUN mail infrastructure on premise to MS Cloud O365 federated with MS Active Directory and make it available to the users through a company portal. Number of seats 10,000 Natuzzi Group was founded in 1959. It designs, produces and markets sofas, armchairs and living room accessories. Natuzzi is the largest Italian furniture company located in High Point (North Carolina – USA) and through local Natuzzi subsidiaries in China, Belgium, Spain, UK, Japan, Brazil, India, Russia, Germany and Switzerland.
