was founded in 1990 by Dr. Afzal Rahim of Western Kentucky
University.
The International Conference on Advances in Management
(ICAM) and International Conference on Social Intelligence
(ICSI) have three objectives:
1. To encourage scholars to share their theory and research on
management and administration
2. To provide effective managerial responses to the
environmental challenges of the 21st century
3. To provide a forum for exchange of information between
management scholars and practitioners
