Restaurant Brands (Canada) International Inc. Reports Full Year and
Fourth Quarter 2019 Results
• System-wide Sales Growth of 8.3%
• Net Restaurant Growth of 5.2%
• Diluted EPS of $2.37 versus $2.42 in prior year
• Adjusted Diluted EPS of $2.72 versus $2.63 in prior year
• Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders and Noncontrolling Interests
of $1,109 million versus $1,143 million in prior year
• Adjusted EBITDA of $2,304 million increased 6.5% organically versus the
prior year
• Net cash provided by operating activities of $1,476 million and Free Cash Flow
of $1,414 million
• For the full year and fourth quarter, system-wide sales growth was primarily
driven by comparable sales growth and net restaurant growth of 6.9%.
• For the full year and fourth quarter, comparable sales were 12.1% and 34.4%,
respectively, including US comparable sales of 13.0% and 37.9%, respectively.
Executive Commentary
Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant Brands International Inc. commented,
"We have three iconic restaurant brands that are together growing rapidly
around the world. Last year, we shared a long-term aspiration to build the
most loved restaurant brands in the world and have more than 40,000
restaurants open within 8-10 years. I'm proud that our 2019 results have us
solidly on track.Burger King delivered its strongest year of restaurant growth
in the last two decades. Popeyes launched an iconic Chicken Sandwich that
has proven to be a game changer for the brand in every way. At Tim Hortons,
our performance did not reflect the incredible power of our brand and it is
clear that we have a large opportunity to refocus on our founding values and
what has made us famous with our guests over the years, which will be the
basis for our plan in 2020."

Wynn Resorts, (USA) Limited Reports Fourth Quarter and Year End 2019
Results
• Operating revenues were $1.65 billion for the fourth quarter of 2019, a decrease of 2.0%, or $34.1 million, from $1.69 billion
for the fourth quarter of 2018. Operating revenues decreased $150.6 million, $28.0 million, and $24.9 million at Wynn Palace,
Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively, from the fourth quarter of 2018 to 2019 million.
• On a U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") basis, net loss attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited was $72.9
million, or $0.68 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2019, compared to net income attributable to Wynn Resorts,
Limited of $464.9 million, or $4.31 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2018. for the fourth quarter of 2019, compared to
adjusted net income attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited of $102.2 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter
of 2018.
• Adjusted Property EBITDA (2) was $443.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2019, a decrease of 11.3%, or $56.3 million, from
$499.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2018. Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased $49.0 million and $25.1 million at Wynn
Palace and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively, and increased $2.5 million at Wynn Macau. Adjusted Property EBITDA
from Encore Boston Harbor was $15.3 million.
• For the year ended December 31, 2019, operating revenues decreased 1.6%, or $106.6 million, to $6.61 billion, compared to
$6.72 billion in the year ended December 31, 2018. Operating revenues decreased $213.9 million, $224.5 million, and $32.1
million at Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively.
• GAAP net income attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited was $123.0 million, or $1.15 per diluted share in 2019, compared to
$572.4 million, or $5.35 per diluted share in the year ended December 31, 2018. Our 2019 results included a net tax provision
of $176.8 million, primarily related to an increase in the valuation allowance on our deferred tax assets.
• Full year Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased 11.2%, or $229.0 million, to $1.82 billion, compared to $2.04 billion in the
year ended December 31, 2018. Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased $114.4 million, $84.4 million and $53.4 million at
Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively. Adjusted Property EBITDA at Encore Boston Harbor
was $23.2 million.
Executive Commentary
"We delivered solid financial results in the fourth quarter of 2019, growing Adjusted Property EBITDA nearly 12%
sequentially compared to the third quarter,saidCEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited. In Macau, the investments we have made
position us well to compete in any market environment, supported by another quarter of record mass table win. Our
strategy at Wynn Las Vegas is producing results, driving year-over-year volume growth in our domestic gaming business,
along with 3% growth in RevPAR. Encore Boston Harbor continues to ramp nearly doubling its Adjusted Property
EBITDA sequentially and we remain excited by the opportunity to drive growth at the property over the next several
years."

MGM Resorts International was named to Forbes’ list as one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2020. Forbes, in partnership
with the research firm Statista, compiled the annual list by independently surveying more than 60,000 employees at companies that
employ at least 1,000 people within the U.S.Survey participants were asked to give their opinion on a series of statements surrounding
the topics of age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+ and general diversity concerning their own employer. In order to
take the opinions of diverse groups into account the recommendations of women, elders and ethnic minorities were weighted
significantly higher than the recommendations from non-minority groups. Additionally, participants were given the chance to
evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stand out either positively or negatively with regard to diversity. MGM’s
diversity and inclusion strategy encompasses workforce, workplace and marketplace initiatives. For example, in addition to
traditional recruitment methods, MGM Resorts hosts several inclusive recruiting events each year to attract employees who bring a
range of skills, experiences and backgrounds to the company.

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas have each earned Five-Star status on the 2020 Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating list and are now the largest and second
largest FTG Five-Star resorts in the world respectively. Wynn Palace, originally earning FTG Five-Star status in 2018, is the third largest.With 22 FTG
Five-Star hotels, spas and restaurants collectively across its global portfolio, Wynn Resorts holds the most FTG Five-Star awards of any independent hotel
company in the world. Wynn Macau remains the only resort worldwide with eight individual FTG Five-Star awards, achieving the honor for the fourth
consecutive year.
Additional 2020 FTG Five-Star accomplishments include:
• Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas added two new 2020 FTG Five-Star awards and now collectively hold seven, the most of any resorts in North
America.
• Wynn Palace added one new 2020 FTG Five-Star award for its fine dining restaurant, SW Steakhouse, increasing its FTG Five-Star award total to seven.

Marriott International(USA) Signs Landmark Deal to Open World’s
Largest Fairfield By Marriott Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Marriott International, Inc. announced that it has signed a landmark agreement with Nahdet Al-Mashaer to open a 2,600-room Fairfield by Marriott property
in Makkah. The agreement is expected to deliver the first Fairfield by Marriott property to the Middle East and Africa region, create the largest Fairfield hotel

that offer the flexibility to work and rest while staying productive on the road. The brand’s Fairfield Guarantee delivers a simple promise to provide each
guest with an inviting and effortless experience all at a great value. The Fairfield by Marriott brand currently has more than 1,000 open hotels in the U.S., as

Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2019 Results • System-wide Sales Growth of 8.3% • Net Restaurant Growth of 5.2% • Diluted EPS of $2.37 versus $2.42 in prior year • Adjusted Diluted EPS of $2.72 versus $2.63 in prior year • Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders and Noncontrolling Interests of $1,109 million versus $1,143 million in prior year • Adjusted EBITDA of $2,304 million increased 6.5% organically versus the prior year • Net cash provided by operating activities of $1,476 million and Free Cash Flow of $1,414 million • For the full year and fourth quarter, system-wide sales growth was primarily driven by comparable sales growth and net restaurant growth of 6.9%. • For the full year and fourth quarter, comparable sales were 12.1% and 34.4%, respectively, including US comparable sales of 13.0% and 37.9%, respectively. Executive Commentary Chief Executive Officer of Restaurant Brands International Inc. commented, "We have three iconic restaurant brands that are together growing rapidly around the world. Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Wynn Resorts, (USA) Limited Reports Fourth Quarter and Year End 2019 Results • Operating revenues were $1.65 billion for the fourth quarter of 2019, a decrease of 2.0%, or $34.1 million, from $1.69 billion for the fourth quarter of 2018. Operating revenues decreased $150.6 million, $28.0 million, and $24.9 million at Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively, from the fourth quarter of 2018 to 2019 million. • On a U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") basis, net loss attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited was $72.9 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2019, compared to net income attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited of $464.9 million, or $4.31 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2018. for the fourth quarter of 2019, compared to adjusted net income attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited of $102.2 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2018. • Adjusted Property EBITDA (2) was $443.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2019, a decrease of 11.3%, or $56.3 million, from $499.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2018. Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased $49.0 million and $25.1 million at Wynn Palace and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively, and increased $2.5 million at Wynn Macau. Adjusted Property EBITDA from Encore Boston Harbor was $15.3 million. • For the year ended December 31, 2019, operating revenues decreased 1.6%, or $106.6 million, to $6.61 billion, compared to $6.72 billion in the year ended December 31, 2018. Operating revenues decreased $213.9 million, $224.5 million, and $32.1 million at Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively. • GAAP net income attributable to Wynn Resorts, Limited was $123.0 million, or $1.15 per diluted share in 2019, compared to $572.4 million, or $5.35 per diluted share in the year ended December 31, 2018. Our 2019 results included a net tax provision of $176.8 million, primarily related to an increase in the valuation allowance on our deferred tax assets. • Full year Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased 11.2%, or $229.0 million, to $1.82 billion, compared to $2.04 billion in the year ended December 31, 2018. Adjusted Property EBITDA decreased $114.4 million, $84.4 million and $53.4 million at Wynn Palace, Wynn Macau, and our Las Vegas Operations, respectively. Adjusted Property EBITDA at Encore Boston Harbor was $23.2 million. Executive Commentary "We delivered solid financial results in the fourth quarter of 2019, growing Adjusted Property EBITDA nearly 12% sequentially compared to the third quarter,saidCEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited. In Macau, the investments we have made position us well to compete in any market environment, supported by another quarter of record mass table win.
