ADECCO STAFFING USA, Rochester, NY October 1995 – Feb 2016
Support Specialist for National Kodak Account
Reporting to the National Account Manager and Branch Manager of this global staffing leader, enjoyed HR,
recruiting,billing,and payroll responsibilities with key emphasis on managing the National Eastman Kodak,Kodak
Alaris, and sub-vendor accounts. The position was eliminated following Kodak’s most recent Reduction-In-Force.
 Supported Kodak’s national staffing, invoicing, & payroll, from its amusement park presence to student programs
 Responsible for National Consolidated Invoices (including Adecco Nationwide and all sub-vendorbilling)
 Served as the requested primary point of contact by managers and recruiters, Adecco branches,and sub-vendors
 Developed Operations Manuals covering all aspects of HR recruitment and staffing to payroll and billing
 Fulfilled all staffing requests,from gathering and distributing requisitions to coordinating the interview process
 Completed Wage Verification/Time Verification for the NYS Department of Labor
 Managed sub-vendorcontracts,billing/payments, A/P and A/R, and training of sub-vendors on Kodak systems
 Reviewed and audited employee time cards, input data, made adjustments, and generated paychecks
 Designed Excel-based monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to Kodak on regular and minority payroll spends
 Reviewed and verified Workers Compensation and Unemployment claims; represented Adecco at hearings
 Reviewed Kodak invoices and time cards from all segments; managed fraud investigations and the garnish process
 From 1995 – 1998, managed Kodak’s payroll and billing for temporary personnelat Elmgrove and Kodak Park

 Identified a major billing gap over a seven-month period that led to the recovery of $14M in Kodak repayments
 Contributed significantly to Adecco’s 10-year+ recognition as Staffing Supplier of the Year
 Cited for a superior job in managing a clean balance by year-end (with the exception of Kodak’s 2012 bankruptcy)
 Played a lead role in the planning and rollout of Adecco’s drug and background screening process
 Selected by the SVP of Operations in 2014 to train the Canandaigua branch in the various screening processes
 Worked closely with Corporate to establish an electronic billing system, becoming an expert on electronic feeds
