This presentation is Part 2 of a series on background of the http://www.changejourney.org. It critically reviews a handful of common change models.
Blended teamwork
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against developing mental illness and improve symptoms for those who already suffer from conditions like anxiety and depression.
Change Journey Workshops
The document discusses plans to implement 10-15 one-day seminars around the world to train participants on the Change Journey Map. Participants would receive the skills and license to facilitate Change Journeys using the Map. Licensed users would have the right to use the Map with clients, sell workshops, and access to annual updates. A virtual version of the Map is planned for organizations to create communities of practice. Partners would help organize venues and marketing in exchange for a free lifetime license and preferential access to the virtual version. Workshops would cost around €600/USD500 with discounts, and annual license renewals around €140/USD100. Marketing would focus on social media and partners' local networks.

As many of us experience, what happens in a change process is largely unpredictable. Our Change Journey Map then helps you to navigate through uncertainty. This Map is inclusive - which means whatever tools and models you are used to can be incorporated. For all of you who are involved in a change process - we invite you to become a fellow traveller! This community is the place to reflect about the journey principles and tools that go along.

A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.
