This case report describes a rare case of primary intramuscular hydatidosis in a 29-year-old male agricultural worker. Ultrasound imaging showed multiple cystic lesions in the muscular compartment of the right lower leg. Histopathological findings confirmed the presence of parasitic cysts ranging from 0.3 to 1.5 cm in diameter. The patient presented with right leg pain, swelling, and cystic discharge from the lateral compartment. This case report aims to present the clinical and radiological features of a rare case of primary muscle hydatidosis with no other organ involvement.
