Types of yoga
Hatha yoga
This type of yoga concentrates mainly on breathing and posture. Hatha yoga is great
for relaxation and beginners.

Bikram yoga
Often referred to as “hot yoga”, Bikram is usually performed in a room that is 104
degrees. There is usually a series of 26 poses that are done repeatedly in a 90
minute class.

This type concentrates mainly on breathing and stretching.
