Geeta Goti is a well known name in HR fraternity. She has an overall 23 yrs of rich HR
experience with exposure to Government, Manufacturing, Banking, Research, Consulting
and IT services organizations. Last 10 yrs she was driving the HR function at a leadership
level heading the function globally including strategic focus in talent acquisition, capability
development, compensation, Performance Management , HR audits etc. Her expertise in
integrating HR in mergers and acquisitions has been recognized by Employer Branding
awards conferring her as Super Achiever for the year 2011. She was also recognized
as Women Achiever for the year by Indira Group of Institutions organized by Fun
at Work organization. Geeta has been associated with
member, she was given role as executive committee member and later as Secretary. During
her tenure in the office two national level conferences were held that are remembered even
today as benchmark. She is elected as executive member by
