My duties as a production controller include, but are not limited to the following functions: creating
work orders for all incoming units and receiving status from higher until the work orders are closed,
processing documentation for stock, maintaining parts in a supply room or similar storage area,
maintaining local stock records, and performing related stock receipt, storage, control, and issue
functions for expendable and non-expendable items for all supported organizations. I research various
catalogs, records, and other data sources to obtain and/or correct stock numbers, as well as
conducting physical inventories. I am also responsible for troubleshooting parts and work orders as
needed, and checking in parts received through FED-EX and UPS via SAMS-1E. I create, modify, and
update work orders for repairs and any equipment that must be sent to the Support level. In addition

HR NCOIC is absent. These duties include conducting daily reports (ANH4AD), weekly reports
(AHN4BD)(AHN4CD)(AHN4FD), and sending all NMO reports and weekly w/o history to higher via
SAMS-1E.

issuing materials to shop and/or work center personnel, reordering stock and preparing standard
reports such as variances between actual and estimated costs. I ensure that all documents
specifying supplies or materials needed for operations are reviewed and properly collated in order
to assemble acquisition plans. In addition to keeping track of equipment and parts needed, I
validate all equipment hand receipts, and requisition parts as they are delivered. I am also
responsible for managing all turn-ins and calibrations by traveling to the Combined Support
Maintenance Shop as needed. I communicate with supporting units to ensure that parts are on
order, as well as arranging the delivery and pick up of those parts as they are received in order to

accordingly by prioritizing according to various factors, such as models of equipment.
