Conflict Management - Organizational Effectiveness

Topic 1 management of change
Change refers to any movement from the current state to a new or previous state, and can occur psychologically, emotionally, physically or otherwise. It involves innovation, modification or introduction of new ideas or aspects. Change results in both expected and unexpected outcomes that can be positive or negative. Managing change effectively requires understanding an organization's unique context and navigating change in a dynamic environment. Humans experience and drive change within organizations in complex ways that must be appreciated for successful change management.
