  1. Apart from Aping, the service team set up a dedicated expert team for seven other scenarios. In the first phase, 38 employees were appointed in the HQ, and the capabilities of these seven scenarios were streamlined. Delivery mode: In the current eight scenarios, there are 25 sub-scenarios. In 2017, there are 10 sub-scenarios for standard delivery (with standard delivery strategy, delivery process, delivery guide template, and successful cases). In the past 18 years, the previous 10 sub-scenarios are continuously optimized, build standardized delivery capabilities for nine other sub-scenarios, and increase the standard delivery ratio from 40% to 76%. Delivery equipment: The current tools are scattered in the delivery activities in the form of physical products. Field engineers need to understand the entire delivery activities. In 18 years, we should build a scenario-oriented PD/TD equipment package. Before the equipment package is put into commercial use, the frontline combat personnel should be armed to improve the operational efficiency. Delivery team: Through the expert team operation, the L3+ engineers will focus on the delivery of a certain scenario (L2 and below or focus on the delivery of physical products) to accumulate and cultivate real industry / expert delivery experts. The number of experts will reach 370+. Delivery ecosystem: In 18 years, we built the delivery ecosystem capability from two aspects. On the one hand, we solidified the scenario-based solutions to be delivered, solidified mainstream third-party integration delivery verification capabilities, and covered 46 third-party mainstream vendors in 18 years. The other is to continuously improve the delivery capability of the ASP. The HCIE certification engineers of the ASP must reach the 480+.
