काफल
In 60 Seconds
Problem: Digital isolation of villages
(20 mln Nepali / 65 out of 100)
Solution: Raspberry Pi 2 + travelling pen drives + smartphones

How to get it done? (1)
Technically: Ah well. Add a
rugged case and PV panel.
Environmentally:
● long lasting
● no consumable materials
● low energy (3 W for server, mW to play audio)
● easily powered by sustainable energy (PV)
How to get it done? (2)
Financially: A server is cheap
($100/village) and lasts long
(10++ years).
Culturally: All cultures have education and dialogue spaces.
But they differ.
