You might have already heard of Android Nougat, but are you aware that Google is all set to launch another release codenamed Android ‘O’? The first developer preview came out on March 17, 2017, with the final release ready to unfurl in the third quarter of this year.

Samsung is planning to launch multiple mobile devices running the Tizen operating system as an alternative to Android. Tizen is an open-source, Linux-based platform that can provide a consistent experience across devices like smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. Samsung's adoption of Tizen as the OS for its devices could see it rapidly become the third or fourth largest operating system, challenging Android and iOS. This move is likely in response to Google's acquisition of Motorola, one of Samsung's competitors, and may lead Google to gradually lose Samsung as a key distribution partner for Android. The proliferation of multiple operating systems will require advertisers to create assets that work across platforms like Tizen, Android, iOS, and Windows.
Android had a respectful beginning in 2008, but over the year this operating system has acquired its position in the market. Google has also sharpened its humor skills with the Android division. Most of its versions are named after various desserts and the names were in alphabetical order like CupCake, Donut, FROYO, GingerBread, HoneyComb, IceCream Sandwich, Jelly Bean and now KitKat.
Nokia was once the dominant player in the mobile phone market, holding 53% of the total cell phone market share and 44% of the smartphone market share in 2007. However, by 2011 Nokia's market shares had declined significantly to 24% of the total cell phone market and 14% of the smartphone market. Nokia was slow to transition to smartphones and lost focus on innovation and new technologies, allowing competitors like Apple to surpass it with the highly profitable iPhone. Nokia is now partnering with Microsoft and shifting to the Windows mobile OS in a last attempt to regain relevance in the smartphone market, which is increasingly dominated by Android.

Windows Phone is Microsoft's mobile operating system that was launched in 2010. It uses a new "Modern Style" user interface and integrates with Microsoft and third party services. In 2011, Microsoft partnered with Nokia to make Windows Phone the primary smartphone OS for Nokia. Windows Phone 8, announced in 2012, will replace the previous Windows CE architecture with one based on the Windows NT kernel, allowing easier porting of apps between Windows Phone and Windows 8. New Windows Phone 8 devices include the Nokia Lumia 920 and 820, and the HTC Windows Phone 8X. These devices offer advanced cameras, displays, and features and are now available through AT&T.
Android One is a version of Android created by Google that focuses on providing a consistent, high-quality experience across budget smartphones. It features stock Android, regular OS updates, and hardware specifications dictated by Google. Initial devices were released in 2014 from manufacturers like Micromax and targeted India. While Android One provides a pure Google experience and quick updates, its hardware is less powerful than some competitors and it may be too late for Google to break into the low-cost market segment.

1. HTC’s Mango Phones Will Come out Next Month
Mango Phones and Autodvdgps 520 Series Car DVD GPS Player
Recently, HTC released the newest two Mango phones, Radar and Titan. It is said Microsoft will
struggle to gain the market share from Apple and Android smartphones. HTC said the two smart
phones will be available next month first in Europe and Asia. It didn’t unveil the carriers and the
prices. As Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communications first announced Mango system in July, but it is
available in Japan only. And now HTC is the second company to launch devices running Windows
Mango.
As Google purchased Motorola Mobility for US$12.5 billion last month, Microsoft faces an uphill
battle in the quickly changing smartphone market. It is said Microsoft just held 2.7% of the
smartphone OS market for the first quarter of this year, according to analyst firm IDC. HTC
expected its partner Nokia to launch the Windows Mango, since in February Nokia would
transition using the Symbian operating system to Windows Phone 7. But Nokia would not begin
shipping large volumes of Windows 7 phones until next year.
Microsoft’s Mango update adds 500 new features to the operating system, including a mobile
version of its internet Explorer 9 browser and support for HTML5. All of these make us to expect
the two smartphones come out soon.
At the same time, the car electronics develops very fast just like the smartphone. Take the car dvd
gps player for example, it is added the dvd player function on the gps navigation system, and
many other functions. Like autodvdgps car dvd gps player, all of them have the normal features as
other dvd gps players have, like built-in gps navigation system, hand free bluetooth, radio, support
ipod iphone, steering wheel control, auto rear viewing function. Autodvdgps’ newest car dvd gps
player is the 520 series. It has 64 Channels to search GPS satellites, warm boot only needs 2
seconds, cold boot needs 32 second, much faster. Built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
microprocessor---This has greatly improved the audio sound quality and makes it much different
from other aftermarket indash headunit! So the 520 series is the best of the best. It has become the
hot sale since autodvdgps put it into the online shop. And the feedback from customers are all
good. On this series car dvd gps, you could charge your Mango phones, and play the songs stored
in your phone. You could see the song list, and click the name you wan to hear on the dvd’s
touchscreen.
Autodvdgps resolves to be the best car dvd gps player wholesalers, offering the best car dvd gps
player to customer.
