The complete HSK 8000 is fully updated in May 2019, with the
best possible English translation and more expansion with sentence
or related words. The Final version will be renamed as: HSK 9000
Chinese Vocabulary with the best possible English translation and
more expansion -The comprehensive Classified Chinese
Vocabulary for HSK, IB Chinese A & B, GCE A1, A2, SAT, AP
Chinese. HSK 9000 includes 8915 vocabularies and total 12000
items including the expansions and illustration sentences. It took
me 10 years' painful effort to edit. The first version was coined in
year 2009. I started just a list from China government, a pure list,
no pinyin, no explanation. Thanks to advancing of IT and Internet,
I gradually collected around 100,000 vocabularies with the best
possible English translation, 20% more comparing with a standard
Chinese-English Dictionary, the collections are still on. By
comparing HSK vocabulary 6 level classification and Common
European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), we
have 7 levels corresponding with CEFR. The classifications will
give you cross reference. If your level are IB HL (HSK 6), all HSK
6 words you need to know the meaning and reading, HSK 5 and
lower words you should know how to write out. This will help you
to highlight the priorities of your study. Academically, I think the
classifications will served as a referencing framework for editing
the proper reading materials.

Further works I am doing now is to classify Bahasa Malayu
vocabulary into different levels by applying similar approach like

idea here. This course is amazing successful and be labeled the
"best seller" in Udemy platform. This gives me a moral boost and
encourage me to explore more.
Just release a little bit of my another work, I am updating my
dictionary collection and editing by adding more sentences to
illustrate the usage. The dictionary used now are changed from
root after communist took over China. The sentences used inside
are full of revolutionary contents. A nation lost roots and personal
mental judgement has no future. I found another source which
apparently not influenced by communist thought. I feel I am
talking and learning from a elusive master, "Feng Qing Yang",
which I borrowed from a famous Gong Fu story novel. I will show
you more once my training is done.
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:
Learning, Teaching, Assessment,[1] abbreviated in English as
CEFR or CEF or CEFRL, is a guideline used to describe
achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and,
increasingly, in other countries. It was put together by the Council
of Europe as the main part of the project "Language Learning for
European Citizenship" between 1989 and 1996. Its main aim is to
provide a method of learning, teaching and assessing which applies
to all languages in Europe. In November 2001, a European Union
Council Resolution recommended using the CEFR to set up
systems of validation of language ability. The six reference levels
(see below) are becoming widely accepted as the European
standard for grading an individual's language proficiency.
The Common European Framework divides learners into three
broad divisions that can be divided into six levels; for each level, it
describes what a learner is supposed to be able to do in reading,
listening, speaking and writing. The following table indicates these

Tips:
1. Tally the words you DON'T know in front. This will shorten
your Vocabulary. If you tally a work 4 times. This means this word
bullies you FOUR times. Then? Remember or Kill it!
2 IB Chinese Language B (SL, second language) is equivalent to
HSK 5 and IB Chinese Language B (HL, second language) is
equivalent to HSK 6. The HSK Classifications will give you cross
