If so, we would like to invite you to join a study to provide
feedback on a new mindfulness app. Using the latest
scientific research, our lab at UCSB is designing a digital
course to help high school students focus their minds,
manage their emotions, and improve their lives. During the
study, we will ask you about topics like your mood,
stress level, and attention.
The study has two options:
One 2-hour session
Four 1-hour sessions
This study will take place at UC Santa Barbara’s
