No pre-requisite
– Decorative Culinary Arts
– American regional Foods
– International Foods
– World Cuisine
4. Decorative Culinary Arts
• Project based course
• Cookie and cake decorating
• Chocolate molding
• Gingerbread house construction
5. American Regional Foods
• “Eat your way across the United States”
• Study the different geographic regions of
the US
• Prerequisite: Intro to foods, 8th Grade

6. World Cuisine & International
Foods
• Fast moving classes
• “Eat your way across the world”
• World Cuisine: China, Italy, United
Kingdom & Spain
• Int. Foods: Mexico, Germany, Greece, and
France
• Prerequisite: Intro to foods, 8th Grade
Chefs or Permission of Instructor
7. Iron Chef
• Classes usually end with an Iron Chef
Competition
• 1 secret ingredient and 4-6 hungry judges
• Judged on:
– Presentation
– Taste
– Level of difficulty
– Techniques
