The Human Resource Leaders' Circle (HRLC) was founded in April 2017 by Farid Basir to provide a platform for HR leaders to network, exchange ideas, and share best practices. The group currently has 220 members on WhatsApp and 58 members on LinkedIn. Activities held by HRLC include benchmarking sessions with other companies, get-togethers, talks, an annual party, and online engagement and discussions. Members are expected to maintain confidentiality, respect differing views, and stay focused on HR matters.

What is the purpose of the group?
The Human Resource Leaders' Circle (HRLC) was formally founded on April 27th,
2017, by Farid Basir. Syukri Sudari and Laurence Yap were invited to join the
group as co-founders to help support and manage the organisation's activities.
This professional group providing a platform for HR Leaders to network,
exchange ideas, overcome common challenges, and share best practices to
enhance their growth and excellence.
We encourage all members to maintain the highest level of professionalism and
confidentiality, and to collaborate with one another with integrity and respect.
