They provide an easy and cost-effective way for libraries to push information to users and extend services remotely through teaching and training. While some libraries are already using these technologies to open up collections and advocate for libraries on YouTube, long-form videos risk losing users' engagement, so content should be tuned to encourage tuning in and tuning out.
