• Throughout the years openSUSE position is
always in the corner of the room

• The release of openSUSE Leap 42.1 on 4 Nov
2015 was an important milestone
• the right decision made by board and
community
• Many sysadmin and desktop users want to try it
and in the end converted as openSUSE users. It
has longer life cycle and can compete with
centos and ubuntu LTS

• Bringing openSUSE Tumbleweed to the surface
attract bleeding edge type of users and
developer
• Distribution now have 2 types of loyal users, a
stable kind of users from corporate
environment and a adventurer bleeding edge
type of developer
• We are busy answering question in our
communication channel

• Make people connected each other because of
the same purpose and belief
• To the some extent it operates voluntarily
• Equality among the people
• Freedom to do many thing
• as long as it is inline with the agreed consensus
(civility)

• Community will have a leader by themselves,
time will show who have the leadership and
will become the leader
• If you want to do something, then do it. You
will responsible for that.

• Cohesiveness
• Altruism
• Do not egoist and individualistic
• Social collaboration

• Always educate and introduce that openSUSE
is the best distribution
• Choose young generation as target
• Make attention to the leader
• Give them the opportunity to do something,
young generation tend want the attention and
recognition.
• Young generation have a lot of energy. It will
good for them if they use it the positive
activities
