Select Account Type:-
Choose whether you want to upgrade your account to standard or premium. In this Example I had just
registered with $20 code previously and now I am upgrading my account to Premium . So I had selected
Free to Premium option. (Note: If you are a standard member and want to upgrade to Premium , in that
case standard to premium USD 100 Option will come and you have to choose that one).
Payment By>-
Two option will come
1) Upgrade wallet : choose this option if you have available balance in your Ewallet
2) Subscription Code:- Choose this option if you have a subscription code
Name:- Enter Your Name that you gave during registration.
Mobile:- Enter Your Mobile Number that you gave during registration.
