E-CET EXAM Pattern
• No. of Questions: 200 questions will be asked in the
examination.
• Total Marks: The complete question paper will be of
200 marks.
• Type of Questions: It will be of Objective Type
Questions (MCQ).
• Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through
online mode.
• Language: The question paper will be asked in
English language only.
• Exam Duration: It will be maximum 3 hours (10:00
AM to 1:00 PM).
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be given for each
correct response.

HOW TO PREPARE E-CET
• For effective preparation, a candidate
must know the syllabus completely and
practice for each topic accordingly
• Follow the syllabus provided by the exam
conducting body
• Know the exam pattern to know about
questions weightage, marks weightage,
marking scheme and types of questions
• Time management is the key
• Candidates must prepare a balanced study schedule
for each subject effectively
• Divide the time to each subject according to the
difficulty level
• Always give more time to difficult subjects
• Make a calendar which focuses on the coverage of all
topics and revision
• Practice previous year question papers

• This will give you an idea about the type of questions
asked in the examination.
