Our entire business runs on 4 steps:
1. Content
2. Marketing
3. Sales
4. Delivery
Is this just me saying this? No
What should you go do?
Get whoever has to sign off on you doing a podcast, Facebook Group,
Chatbot to say yes, yesterday.
Go all in on content. Content drives everything you need to do.
6 months ago I was no one. No one in this room knew who I was.
I didn’t get here by waiting my turn. I got here by sharing content and
learning from those with experience.
Content Rules
Document, don’t create
Daily is best
No editing
Do everything from your Iphone so you don’t have an excuse
After 3 months you can reevaluate
We went all in on Facebook Groups. Content in those.
We’ve learned the group is incredible. Now we are diversifying.
I am bringing on a full time video person to follow Chris and I around.
The reasons why I am doing this….People believe you have to work 14 hours a day, raise VC and have
experience to start a business.
I want to teach everyone you can work a normal day and have plenty. Through this authentic video I will
get more views, more followers, a portion of those will turn into leads and some will close.
We’re investing into more content because it drives marketing. Which drives sales, etc.
