How to identify

Manager’s Paranoia
If a manager tend to think that he want to act only within his authority and
want to take responsibility only for the direct results of his work,
it is seemed that he wants to work as a common man in the company
despite of his position as a manager.

And if a manager tend to take too wide Accountability to compare his assignment,
it is understood that he want to work as CEO.
Commitment for too wide accountability with
poor back up of his authority and responsibility is nothing more than a
                         symptom of paranoia.
The paranoia can be avoided by creating awareness on for the difference in
                  Authority . Responsibility . Accountability.
Common Peoples Model

 Authority Responsibility Accountability

For common people coverage of Authority, Responsibility & Accountability are same.
If a person is working as worker in production, he has been delegated the
authority to decide all detail of his work as far as keeping operation standards.
He is responsible for his production work and he is responsible for the quality of products
                                    that he had made too.
Managers Model

Authority Responsibility Accountability

In manager, the appropriate coverage of his accountability is expected much wider than
his responsibility. Much wider coverage of accountability of a manager than his
responsibility shows his entrepreneurship and his ownership for his assignment
CEO’s Model

  Authority Responsibility Accountability

The CEO of a company has largest authority as the highest hierarchy person in the company, and
he is accountable for the all result of his company operation. His responsibility to act his job
is limited because of delegation of authority to his subordinates
How to identify
