greater change of reaching your goal.
10. If you stick to your plan no matter
how you feel, soon you’ll have created
a new habit.
11. Once you create a habit, those daily
actions will become much easier and
take much less discipline.
12. Creating successful habits will make you much less
dependent on motivation.
It won’t matter if you’re feeling energized or lazy,
motivated or unmotivated. You will continue to do
the actions that lead you to success because those
actions are ingrained into you.
13. You are capable of achieving your
goals; you just need to believe it and
take action.

prepare, persevere, and create
successful habits, you can succeed at
whatever you put your mind to!
