Hiring managers know you were responsible
for projects this summer. Instead of just
describing what you have done, state how
well you have done it.
Create statements that demonstrate the
results of your actions; these are called
accomplishment statements. Each
accomplishment statement should start
with an action verb.
Be sure that you mix up your word usage
and action verbs.
