DTF powder with particle sizes ranging

Features: nice hand feel, but fastness is
weak when air humidity is high, making
powder easy to cling to printed film blanks.
Suitable for small letter powder coating.
Medium powder, similar to table salt, has
particles ranging from 70 to 170 microns.

3. All DTF printers used 80–160 micron powder.
Granular, however 85% of consumers use medium powder since it rattles better than fine powder.
The hand-feel is better than coarse powder.
Dusty Powder
Like sugar, coarse powder is 120–240 microns.
Large gap, easy to shake powder clean, good three-dimensional sense (coarse powder is
favoured when wet in the summer or when clients need a three-dimensional sense of time), but
much higher consumption than medium powder.

4. Black powder is only used on a few dark
items to block colour, yet its utilisation is
high. Black powder cannot be worn with
any fabric, whereas white powder can.

6. Maintenance of T-shirts
1. Your newly made T-shirt will be stiff at first but
soften after washing. After two days, freshly
processed T-shirts need cleaning.
2. Avoid touching the T-shirt design (the heat
transfer pattern's surface doesn't stick to dirt).
3. Wash with cold or warm water below 40°C and
avoid chlorine-containing detergent.
4. Avoid washing laundry in a machine. Turn the
pattern side around before washing in the washer.
Avoid tumble drying and remove from washing
machine immediately.
5. Avoid strong scrubbing to avoid neckline
distortion while washing.
6. While clothes are drying, the hanger can only
stretch the hem inward. Stay away from the
neckline when it loses elasticity to avoid loosening.
7. Avoid the sun to dry the heat transfer T-shirt
naturally.
8. After drying, iron the clothing with medium-
temperature steam (high-temperature ironing
destroys elastic fibre restructuring and reduces
elastic effect). Avoid ironing patterns directly.
