1. How to assembly the work environment.
Step-by-step instruction (19 min)
native version
It will take you 19 minutes to set it up so I hope it does not scare you away.
Of course you will see the result not that soon, but rather in a few days.
Adapt the tools and make at least 1 small change every day.
It is not the easy reading but nobodywants such sad finish:

3. and for autocalculation of story-points in your plan:
5. In Menu Power-Ups enable Card Repeater:
6. Write your regular tasks. Sort them from top to bottom:
7. Add Repeaters for them. Set time one by one:
4. Then in the morning

On Friday/Monday plan of the day
will be filled with weekly tasks:
Next, drag tasks from “To do” or “Backlog” to “Doing” list
Then switch to the execution in Pomodone.
5. Hints:
Look at the plan as at a 1 day long sprint.
When you manage to fulfill the plan for one day, extend the sprint for 1 day.
And so on, up to 1 week.
In the next two weeks, you will need to determine your velocity in story points
and monitor the overall points for the day.
For example,if my speed is 20-22 points a day, and in my "To do" there are
tasks for 30 points, then I have to options:
1. Check their importance and return to the backlog some of them
OR
2. to work overtime burning out

7. ● Choose task list
● Filter your tasks if you work with team board:
● choose the task and think about its length
● if task takes more than 25 min, click on button “25”
● Timer for the task will start with motivating ticking
● There is a link to task details if you need:
If you have finished earlier, close the task:
8. Task moves to “Done” list on the board in background, without switching
between windows:
If the ring rang but task is not finished, take a 2-5 min break and allow yourself
extra time.
Importantdifference from continuos doing is that this way you realize that
you spent more time.

12. 5. Additionalfeatures of Pomodone
To the top
1. PomoDoneApp Chrome extension:
a. A click to the extension icon launches desktop or web app from
any page, creates new task in Local > Web folder, and opens the
timer for this task
b. Right click on the webpage's selected text let you choose
PomoDone itcontext menu to do the same as #a, but the task title
will be created from selected text
c. Extension can blockdomains while the timer is ticking. You can
turn on/off this feature and configure the websites list in the
extension's options screen:
d. Each Trello card has special button "PomoDone It" in the right
hand side Actions list, and embedded specialline with the
13. information about the time already spenton this task (received
from PomoDone Log)
2. Slack OutboundIntegration
a. Free Slack integration streams your activity on main events
(triggers: Start/Stop/Pause/Done)into selectedchannel, to let your
colleagues see what exactly you're working on, and when did you
start, to avoid distracting you.
b. Slack Pro Integration (available on Premium Plans) lets you:
i. Configure the channel message text (including emoji usage)
ii. turn on and off Slack's Do Not Disturb status on Timer Start
and Stop events
iii. Update user's Slack Status (including custom emoji)
iv. On Stop and Done events Slack Pro integration shows the
"Time Spent on Tasks". Click to this button makes a request
to PomoDone Log and outputs the results replacing the
button.
14. 3. Switch task
If you're done working on the task, but timer is still ticking, don't stop the
timer (Stop event resets the sessionof several timers followed by longer
break), use Switch button instead. Then choose another task to work
within the same timer. On Switch you can decide, would you like to mark
the previous task as Complete (Done) or just switch to the new task:
15. 4. Timer's (interruption)Notes:
Any Premium Plan or/and Paid App version: if you pause your timer (or
click Notes Icon / Hotkey N), you can add a note what is a reason of your
interruption.
16. You can review these notes afterwards in PomoDone Profile Log,CSV
export and in-app Log.
5. PomoDone DesktopApp has plenty of Premium Features, available on
Paid version of the app (Mac App Store and WindowStore) or if you're
using Premium Plan (Student, Lite or Ultimate one):
a. Custom sound alerts for timer and break
b. Flexible Timersettings (out of default strict settings)
c. Timer/Interruption Notes
d. Global System Hotkeys
6. You can customize sessions (classicalPomodoro Technique suggests
long break 20 or 30 minutes after 4 25-minutes timers+5 minutes break
pairs). PomoDone app lets you customize the long break by number of
timers (if you use the standard ones), or by actual time (and then you
can use any size of the timers).
17. 7. You can switch to mini-timer mode on the timer screen,if you'd like to
have pomodone using less screen space.Click to the bottom right hand
side icon (or use M hotkey) to toggle between mini-timer and full-size
timer modes.
8. We recommend to make a full sync in the app as soon as you changed
your projectstructure in your profile. It can be done using
CMD+S/CTRL+Shotkeys, or use burger menu's Full Sync intem.
