• fixed schedule
– Permanent contract
– Good Salary

• Depending on the category; but sometimes it
could take until 10 years to get the vacancy
desired

• Some conditions working conditions are
worsering:
– The extra payments disappear
– The salary is reduced
– The working days are increased
