3. Show them that they can make a difference
Many young people volunteer these days. Show them
that they can be the change they want. Whatever
changes you wish to see in the society be it, become it
and for the youth to believe this, take actions like
promote and talk about writing to political activists, more
than anything,show them they are entitled to this
opportunity

4. Give them tools so they are eligible to
take actions

magazines with their newsletters where one can apply
for mentor meetups. Some organizations match with
mentors too. Reach such organizations for help and
further guidance.

6. Build up their confidence by giving
them recognition
Choose youth of the month for programmes or age
groups. Announce the recipients by giving them
rewards and certificates. Organize ceremonies to
celebrate the victories and achievements of youth, this
will take their confidence a ladder up . recognition
campaigns ,teen awards, youth awards will not only
cheer them up but will emotionally give them a sense
of belonging and identification.

7. Youth Development
There are cognitive, social, physical, spiritual,
emotional stages of youth development. Develop a
positive approach which aims at working with
children at all stages of youth development and
practice positive interactions to build awareness at
your own programs.

8. Digital platforms enabling students to talk to
political activists
How do local politicians interact with citizens? Town hall
meetings are attended by the same few people , and
reaching out to citizens directly is highly time-consuming.

9. COMMUNITY INNOVATIONS
This would include giving access to basic necessities
housing, transport, water and food, education. Promoting
local employment. Empower innovations like encouraging

themselves. These experiences increase young people’s
